My name is Adesanya Yusuf.I’m the Managing director of TAYOJOE&HAYURMI VENTURES. A real estate/ taxi venture graduated from the prestigious Lagos State University. (BSc Political Science)
In 2002, I bought my first property from a particular family in the Ibeju lekki area of Lagos. “OMO ONILE” That’s what they are called. Anyways, upon the time I wanted to do fencing on the plot, another fellow shows up to lay claim to it. with my survey in my hand, I thought that was the end. Alas, he also has a survey for it. At the end of the day, we both didn’t have the property because it was under government acquisition. That painful experience gave birth to Tayojoe’s Properties Hub.
